FICO PACKAGING
If I accept your request, review your credit report, analyze it and provide you with strategy/recommendations and you follow the recommendations in detail and your FICO does not increase, I will refund your money for the diagnostic strategy. This is subject to you not getting: increased debt, new debt accounts, new inquiries, and maintaining a good payment record from the date of your credit report thru the date the recommended changes are implemented, verified, re-scored and placed on your new report.
LOAN PACKAGING
If I pre-underwrite your loan application, diagnose any potential weak areas, generate detail recommendations and you follow the recommendations and implement the changes and your loan is not approved on the loan program recommended, then I will refund the money you paid for my strategy and loan packaging. This is subject to you applying for the recommended loan and providing the lender with all consistent information requested.
CREDIT REPORT/RE-SCORING SERVICES
There are no warranties, guarantees or refunds on the credit reports or re-scoring services you purchase from us. The credit reports and re-scoring services are done by a subcontract wholesaler and we do not provide quality control or participate in the producing of the credit reports or re-scoring.
