How do I pay for your services?

Why can’t you use the Credit Report I have?
I can, as long as it is a current merged full factual report with all three FICO Scores (the
type used by Real Estate Lenders). If it is not the above type then the analysis and strategy
may be inadequate or incomplete.
Why does my Loan Application have to be a Form 1003?
The 1003 Application is what will be used when you apply for a Real Estate Loan and
has the most complete information, even if you are not applying for a Real Estate Loan. It provides me with the best information to analyze and strategize your Loan.
What will I have to do once I get my report/strategy/recommendations?
You will be given instructions to fit your special situation. You will need to follow
the instruction and accomplish the tasks for your plan to be successfully accomplished.
I already have a 700 FICO Score, can I still benefit from your services?
Yes, because some of the better Loans require a 720 or 740 FICO Score.
Will I have to come up with a lot of money and payoff my debts?
A lot of FICO increases can be accomplished without debt payoff unless they are Judgments, Liens or Collections.
